Chief School Administrator/Principal,
Paul Rinaldi
Welcome
Franklin Township School is a great place to learn! I am delighted to be
leading our school district as Chief School Administrator and Principal. It's
hard to believe, but I have been a part of Franklin Township School for over
35 years. I have formally taught grades preschool, 1, 3, 4, 6. As we began our
middle school model, I became the fifth and sixth grade team coordinator. I
have also served our district as visual and performing arts coordinator and
enrichment coordinator. In the last five years I have served our learning
community as assistant to the principal and then principal. I believe that all
of these experiences give me a unique vantage point to guide our learning
community into meeting the needs of our students and stakeholders.
My Philosophy I believe that every child has a gift and that
these gifts need to be developed. I am a hands-on educator and administrator.
Our parents and community members are valuable parts of our community.
Together, as a team with our dedicated educators, our amazing support staff,
and committed board of education, we serve "our kids" and help them
to become well-rounded individuals who are prepared for the 21st century and
eager to learn for a lifetime.

How to Contact Me I am frequently around the building and difficult to "catch" at
times. My confidential secretary, Mrs. Michelle Hartl, is able to make
appointments in order for parents and community members to see me. When I am
in the office, I have an "open-door" policy. You can always reach me
via e-mail at prinaldi@franklinschool.org

at 908-689-2958 ext. 409. I know that together we make a difference every day!
